Please expect to allow 3-4 weeks for completion of your personalised pet portrait. During the Christmas period, please try to allow a little longer. I usually have a waiting list and am working on multiple orders. Completion times may depend on your choice of medium and portrait size and complexity.
If time is short, I will do my best to accommodate your order. Please note that orders are generally prioritised on a first come first served basis, on receipt of the deposit and suitable photographs. It is advisable to book and put down your deposit early to avoid disappointment!
In a Real Hurry?
Depending on the type and size of portrait and my current workload, I can carry out rush orders with 48 hr turnaround. These will incur a 25% premium and postage for next day delivery will be charged accordingly. Contact me to see if I can accommodate your urgent order.
If you’ve left it really late, don’t forget you can purchase a gift certificate that can be emailed to the recipient. This can be used against pet portrait orders or redeemed on my online shop.
